  • • Paid Leave Training
    Eligible Applicants: Preferred Support Enterprises that provide paid-leave training to employees.
    Details of Support: (By the Ministry of Employment and Labor): Subsidies for training expenses and personnel costs. (By Local Governments): Subsidies for 50% of the employer’s share of social insurance contributions.

    • Field-Based Customized Systematic Support
    Eligible Applicants: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that need to enhance the skills of incumbent workers through field training.
    Details of Support: Support for long-term Project-Based Learning (PBL) training (up to 12 months), including:
    Program development costs, Consulting fees, External and internal trainer allowances, and Reimbursement of actual training costs.

    • Digital Convergence Training for Incumbent Workers
    Eligible Applicants: Currently employed workers participating in vocational training for post-COVID industrial adaptation.
    Details of Support: Provision of basic to intermediate-level digital convergence courses in AI, software, and related fields, together with full or partial training cost support.

    • Joint Training Center for Large–SME Cooperation
    Eligible Applicants: Joint training centers established for training SME employees in partnership with large enterprises.
    Details of Support: Facility and equipment costs: Up to KRW 1.5 billion per year (with 20% matching investment).
    Operating costs: Up to KRW 400 million per year (with 20% matching investment). Program development costs: Up to KRW 100 million.

    • Specialized Joint Training Centers for Labor Transition
    Eligible Applicants: Companies, universities, and other institutions providing training programs related to low-carbon and digital transition.
    Details of Support: Support for facility and equipment setup for labor transition-specific training: Up to KRW 1 billion in the first year, Up to KRW 500 million per year in years 2–5, For a maximum total of KRW 3 billion over five years.

    • Specialized Training for Industrial Structure Adjustment
    Eligible Applicants: Self-employed persons facing business closure, incumbent workers, and unemployed persons (including those who retired or closed their business).
    Details of Support: Provision of customized on-site training programs and support for training expenses and training allowances.

    • Lifelong Credit
    Eligible Applicants: Young adults, middle-aged workers, and self-employed individuals wishing to participate in the Lifelong Credit Program.
    Details of Support: In addition to the National Tomorrow Learning Card account limit (KRW 3–5 million over five years),
    participants receive: KRW 1 million for basic vocational competency development courses, or KRW 500,000 for career and life-path design courses.

    • Mid-to-Late Career Restart Credit
    Eligible Applicants: SME employees aged 45 to 54.
    Details of Support: Support for in-depth career diagnosis, career transition counseling, and industry-specific group consulting through certified private consulting agencies.

    • K-Digital Training
    Eligible Applicants: Young job seekers.
    Details of Support: Provision of diverse training programs in digital and advanced technologies such as AI, big data, cloud computing, and smart manufacturing,
    with full tuition support through the National Tomorrow Learning Card.

    • Work-Life Balance (Work–Life Harmony) Job Incentive
    Eligible Applicants: Employers who have introduced a shortened working-hours system
    Details of Support:
    Subsidies for: Wage reduction compensation, Indirect labor costs, and Substitute worker support,
    for up to one year from the start date of shortened working hours.

    • Employment Promotion Subsidy
    Eligible Applicants: Employers (both large enterprises and preferred support SMEs) who hire vulnerable job seekers, such as persons with disabilities.
    Details of Support: Monthly subsidy payments of: KRW 400,000 per person for large enterprises, and KRW 800,000 per person for preferred support SMEs.
