  • 1. Labor Transition Employment Stability Subsidy <Business Restructuring Comprehensive Support Project>
  • Provides financial support to employers who offer job training and outplacement (career transition) services in response to low-carbon and digital industrial transitions.

    Eligibility:
    Employers engaged in low-carbon or digital transition, regardless of company size.

    Includes companies that, within the past three years (since 2019), have received:
    • Business restructuring approval (by Business Restructuring Committee),
    • Business conversion approval (by Ministry of SMEs and Startups),
    • Labor Transition Employment Stability Consulting participation, or
    • Industrial Transition Joint Training Center partnership agreement.

    Support Details:

    Financial support for in-depth job training, reskilling, and career transition services.
    However, for companies with 1,000 or more employees where outplacement services are legally mandated, only training costs for in-depth job and transition programs are supported (not the mandatory outplacement services themselves).

    Subsidy Amount:
    Up to KRW 3 million per person, for a maximum period of 12 months.

    Application Method:
    Employers must prepare and submit the prescribed application form and required documents to the Employment Center’s Corporate Support Department.
